Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the provided link.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Damages

  • Lavish Handicraft is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  • If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

8. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy for any unwanted items.
